The Classic City Democrats support the Athens-Clarke County Democratic Party with monthly, recurring donations. When you sign up to give five dollars a month or more to the Athens-Clarke County Democratic Party, you become one of our esteemed Classic City Democrats.

This year the Athens-Clarke County Democratic Party is raising money to establish a new permanent headquarters in Athens. With a permanent headquarters, we can support the important day-in, day-out work of our subcommittees, serve our community by sharing our space with local civic groups, and organize at election time to get out the vote. And a permanent headquarters will be a constant, visible reminder that Athens-Clarke is a blue county, and that our community stands up for progressive, Democratic values.

To cover the monthly expenses associated with a facility, we will rely in large part on the generous monthly contributions by Classic City Democrats. We’re asking our supporters to come together and make this vision a reality.

And there are perks! Classic City Democrats who give at the following levels per month receive the following benefits:

  • $5 (Blue Level) – An Athens-Clarke County Democrats t-shirt
  • $10 (Bronze Level) – A t-shirt, plus a button and bumper sticker
  • $20 (Silver Level) – All of the above, plus one ticket to the Athens-Clarke County Democrats’ annual Silver and Gold Appreciation Reception
  • $50 (Gold Level) – All of the above, plus one ticket to the Democratic Party of Georgia’s annual State Dinner

Classic City Democrats are also recognized at all Athens-Clarke County Democratic Committee events, and their annual party membership dues are waived.
